Based on competing priorities and our quest to provide the most professional service, we are currently taking a hiatus from conducting operations. We are working on developing training programs and curriculum that meets all state and OSHA compliance needs. We are also available for consultation and as always, police, health and safety, and other professional organizations can contact us for advice.
When tragedy strikes, often, families are left to deal with the aftermath. Adding to the grief of their loss, restoring the scene is the responsibility of the family. This is not only a harsh reality, but a daunting and potentially psychological burden. After the police or other emergency responders leave, families or loved ones are left alone. That’s where the professionals at Winchester can help. We are a professional crime scene and trauma recovery service with the primary goal of swift, compassionate, and discreet recovery of the scene to a safe state.
Professionalism is our watchword. We follow O.S.H.A., E.P.A., Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and State Department of Health guidelines and procedures. Our technicians are highly trained in how to properly clean trauma scenes, remove, package and dispose of biohazardous waste. They have also been trained in how to approach and preserve a crime scene should additional evidence be discovered.
When structural damage is involved, we will clean, disinfect, deodorize, and remove all potentially hazardous materials and make the scene safe for property management or other contractors to enter and rebuild or replace materials.
